Here comes the best part! Your proofing gallery link will be emailed to you typically within 1 week after your session. Once you’re done obsessing over your breathtaking photographs, send me an email with your choice from the collections below and I will email you an invoice. Once your invoice is paid, you will receive another email with a link to your proofing gallery where you can flag your chosen images. Once the images included in your collection have been flagged, click the circle, then click send to photographer. You will receive the images in approximately 4-6 weeks after completing your selection. Once you’ve purchased your collection, your gallery store will be unlocked where you can purchase additional downloads and artwork to showcase the beautiful images we created together around your home, studio, and barn.

Your session day is officially here! I will arrive approximately 15-30 minutes before your scheduled session time to help you get your pet ready, prep the location, or just chat to ease your nerves. Your session will be approximately 1-2 hours long. You are welcome to bring additional outfits or props to include in your session. Don’t worry, I will help you through the whole process and we will have so much fun!
Your Session
Say hello by filling out my contact form and telling me about your vision for your session. I will email you promptly so we can discuss your location, the pets I will be photographing, and your desired session date and time. Once we have a plan in place, I will send you a quote with the invoice for your session fee and your contract. The session fee is $250 and includes reserving your date and time on my calendar, my time preparing for your session, and photographing the session itself. This fee does not include digital photographs. Once you have accepted your quote, signed your contract, and paid your session fee invoice, you will officially be locked in on my calendar. Yay! I will begin emailing you several times before your session to help guide you through what to wear, how to prepare your pet(s) for the session, and ways to ensure the session runs smoothly. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions during this time, I’m here to help!

I started Katy In Design in April of 2015.
I use a Nikon DSLR with multiple lenses that I swap out based on what's best suited for your session.
Not at this time.
We will keep a close eye on the weather and make a decision up to 24 hours before on whether we need to reschedule.

Katy is really amazing. This photo still takes my breath away, and I will always be grateful for the emergency pre-euthanization photo shoot she did so that my son could have these memories with his first pony. Windy had numerous obvious signs of her illness during the shoot, and Katy photoshopped them all out, so that her photos are forever the pony we loved so much, and not a painful reminder of what she went through. There’s no adequate way to express how thankful we are.

Our daughter started riding a few years back and we met Katy through the Plantation Equestrian Park where she photographs all the riders at during the show, after the first show and the pictures she took we were hook and now I can enjoy the show knowing the pictures that I am going to get from Katy will be amazing!
